Distracting Shot (it's fairly easy to distracting a Ranger using Throw Dirt, because many Rangers simply run up to you by using the skill, rather than running up manually and waiting before using it.)

read ure update's they changed that when running ure not using a skill spell or anything thus cannot be intterupted
